Highway Department Salt Shed Replacement
The Town of Union Vale invites the submission of separate sealed bid proposals for the Replacement Salt Shed General Construction Project.

Bidding and Contract Documents for this Project are available for viewing and downloading, starting Tuesday March 11, 2025 by contacting the Town Clerk, Town of Union Vale, upon providing a valid email address, name, address, and telephone number of Company, and name of individual making request. Digital copies will be provided free of charge, but hard copies will require a $100 deposit. Contact Andrea Casey (Town Clerk) by email: townclerk@unionvaleny.us or by phone at 845-724-5600.

New York State Department of Labor Requirements: In accordance with Section 220-i(6) of the New York State Labor Law all contractors shall register with the New York State Department of Labor (NYSDOL) before bidding on public works contracts.

2025-2008 Union Vale Property Tax Bills

In Person Payment Schedule:
Monday - Thursday 9am-4pm
Saturday 9am-12pm; January - March 30th
No Appointment needed

2025 Property Tax Fee Schedule:
March 1 – March 31, 2025   - 2% penalty
April 1 – April 30, 2025     -      3% penalty
May 1 – May 31, 2025      -       4% penalty + $2.00 postage fee
June 1, 2025 – all payments must be sent to Dutchess County Finance Department
